Unable to open QuickBooks Company File in multi user modeError H101, H202, H303, or H505 


Scenarios:-
•When users trying to open a company file located on another computer or to the server on that computer (H202).
•When Quickbooks is unable to communicate with it (H202) when shared folder has all multi user setting.
•When a computer needs additional installation and setup. (H101, H303 and H505) when user trying to work on another pc.
Firewall and anti-virus program may conflict with Quickbooks, for those calls their service providers.

Happened:-
Quickbooks establish a connection from server to local computers on a same network. Server or main computer always hosts the files.

·            Quickbooks firewalls ports are not setup properly.
·            .ND file is damage
·            IP address is not correct or quickbooks is not getting right ID address because there are multi network             connections.
·            Backend quickbooks services are not started.
·            Workstation DNS settings are incorrect.
·             Hosting is turned ON on any other work station.
Resolution:-
1.            Run File Doctor Tool on a company file.
2.         Check hosting on server and on all work station, Hosting should be turned off on workstation.
3.            File should be in multi user mode.
4.            If hosting is ON on any work station, please turn it off.
5.            Verify QuickBooks services
In desktop, please check QuickBooks services from services.msc need to be running on the server computer.
Double-click the QuickBooks Data base Version service and make sure that the Startup Type is set to Automatic and service status is running always 

   Check windows firewall settings
   Windows 10
In Control Panel. Search "Firewall" and open
·               Select Windows Firewall
·               Go to Advanced settings
·               Right-click on Outbound Rules, and choose New Rule.
·               Use ports and click next
·               Choose specific local ports box in TCP, enter in the following ports:
·               QB 2017 ports are : 8019 – 56727 - 55373-55377
·               QB 2016 ports are  : 8019 - 56726 - 55368-55372
·               QB 2015 ports are  : 8019 – 56725 - 55363-55367
·               QB 2014 ports are  : 8019 - 56724 -55358-55362
Allow the connections and finish
